1. Who processes the data

GeoTrust Invest Hub acts as the data controller. Correspondence address: Batumi 6010, Adlia Street 6, Rainbow Residence. Data requests may be sent to Geotrustinvesthub@gmail.com. Registration and tax details are stated in the service agreement and provided on request before paid services begin.

2. Data we receive

The investment brief collects a name, email address, selected budget range, investment objective, free-text context and a consent record. Server infrastructure may also process technical request logs required for security and diagnostics.

• The public form does not request passport details, payment information or special categories of personal data.
• Do not place such information in the free-text field unless a secure channel has first been agreed.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

The data is used to answer the investment brief, clarify the buyer’s mandate, prepare an advisory proposal and protect the service. The principal grounds are the user’s consent and steps taken at the user’s request before a contract. The current form does not collect separate consent for direct marketing.

4. Retention and recipients

A brief is stored in a restricted database and is generally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact. A longer period may apply where required by a contract, claim or law. Access is limited to authorized persons and infrastructure providers needed for database hosting and email notification delivery.

• When a lawyer, valuer or technical specialist is engaged, only the data necessary for that task is shared.
• Infrastructure providers may process data outside Georgia; where this occurs, safeguards required by applicable law are used.

5. Security

GeoTrust restricts database access, keeps email credentials server-side and does not publish contact data submitted in a brief. No transmission method is absolutely secure, so safeguards are reviewed in light of the relevant risks.

6. Your rights

A user may request information about processing, access and a copy, correction of inaccurate data, erasure or cessation where provided by law, withdrawal of consent, and may submit a complaint to the competent authority.

• Reasonable identity verification may be required before a request is fulfilled so that data is not disclosed to another person.

7. Cookies, analytics and automated decisions

Public pages do not require an account. The site may use strictly necessary technical storage and aggregated page analytics. Brief data is not used for automated decisions that produce legal effects or for profiling.

8. Policy changes

The current version is published on this page with its update date. Material changes take effect after the text is updated and, where required, after additional notice to the user.
